I am skilled at making these arepas, however, the first time I tried it the crust was a nice golden brown but huevo inside was still crudo :( jaja I used too much masa. All in all I am still a good cook, ive been told ;)

I told them: yeah,... BAD BREAKFAST FOOD is what that is.
Now... an AREPA now and then may not be so bad, but Arepas everyday....???
I don't think so.
Completely opposed to what many work so hard, to get to a semblance of a whole, balanced, and healthy diet.

(I even washed a couple down with some Bud, and still... this morning.... tough starting the engines.)

And, they want to start a little tienda, called "Arepas Colombiano"... damned, let's not go backwards, here. pf.... I mean to be honest, it's not much different than McMuffin in the morning...and a few other things.

Come on folks. Give it a break.

You have a valid point G.S, an arepa everyday is NOT the healthiest of diets, and as strict as I would like to be with my diet, I am not, I do however use that arepa or that loooong weekend of partying as extra motivation come sunday night through thursday when I go to the gym or when ever shooting hoops, notice friday and saturday are my days off... jaja
