Just a question, Are the mountains on the edge of the center on Bogota considered the Andes in any remote way??

sanandressi says on Jun 20, 2008, 08:02: Merida, Venezuela...longest cable car in the world. You start at 4500 feet or so and finish at 14,500 Pico Bolivar and change cars twice. Totally cool! Caracas has a neat cable car too up to pico Avila and of course the one in Bogota. This one in Merida is espectacular!
