Are bra sizes the same in Colombia as in the US?

Unfortunately I can't provide an answer to the OP. I haven't bought a bra in Colombia, nor do I have any experience with implants to be able to confirm that the measurement along with the cup size would increase with an implant. But you boys can carry on with your boob talk.....
