Are any of you Notary in the US???

Looking for someone to help a fellow Colombia-fanatic??? Are any of you out there a Notary in the US or have a friend who is one?

I recently moved to Medellin from Miami via Texas, and am LOVING life here! I live in Envigado now, and am going to school for my TEFL/TESOL certification while also teaching a business English class. The problem is that about a month ago, a few weeks before I left Miami, my car was stolen (which put a HUGE dent in my moving processa & plans!) and now I am working things out with Geico.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM! I neeed to complete a questionaire and have it notarized, but that IS NOT happening here! hahah I need to find someone who I can send the document to with a copy of my ID (I will even include a copy of my Cedula Extranjero to prove I am in Medellin and send it directly to you from DHL) and then you drop it in the mail to my sister in Orlando, - and I will include a pre-paid mailing envelope for this.

Can ANYONE help??? Or recommend someone??????? PLEEEEEASSSSSEEEE?!?!?!?!?!?

Any notary public who violates this subsection is guilty of a civil infraction, punishable by penalty not exceeding $5,000, and such violation constitutes malfeasance and misfeasance in the conduct of official duties. It is no defense to the civil infraction specified in this subsection that the notary public acted without intent to defraud.

The "lovemedellin website" is a piece of crap made by some moron who has only been to Medellin once...you'd be better off reading the Lonely Planet advice from a guy who never even came here!
