Aportes of employees in 2008 for pension and seguridad social

Trying to do the first nomina of the new year. Can anyone who deals with nomina in Colombia confirm this: They increased what a company pays for pension to 16% and it seems the employee´s "aporte" for this payment increased to 4%. It looks like they left the salud the same at 12.5% for the comapny to pay. I couldn´t find if the employee´s aporte stayed the same at 4%. Can anyone confirm/correct those percentages. Thanks.

For a house keeper (though we pay much more than this) is:

Minimum wage $461,500 for the year 2008 up from $ 433,700 in 2007.
Transportation $55.000
Cesantis One month's salary for each year of service and proportionate fraction of the year.
Social Security for health 12.5%, pensions 16% and occupational hazards .522%, cotizando at least on the basis of a minimum wage law. Three work uniforms, a pair of shoes and a dress for work in April, August and December. 15 holidays a year. I think it comes to about $6.000.000 a year
