Some days, most notably, on Sundays or Monday holidays you can really get a good pictures in Medellin if its not raining. One day hopefully the pollution gets under control. Medellin is a really pretty town.

I love the location near the metro and amazing views plus good rent rate. Just wish I could leave all I have behind and head down. Did make one strong step in that direction this week though by refinancing my primary residence with 4.54% APR fixed. Could only do this becuase it is my primary while still living in it. Hope it goes thru, will greatly increase my cash flow.

I used to live in this building on the 5th floor. The noise from the traffic drove my gf batty (it didn't bother me at all). Being higher would result in less noise. Its a nice new building but one time we had a robbery - we were out and came back and someone jimmyed the door and robbed all 4 apartments on the same floor (5th). Was kind-of bummed.

One of our dear PBH`s lived in my apt for 2.5 happy years. He had to leave Colombia because of lack of work, no problems with the building, very safe.

actually it was because my only remaining grandparent was sent to emergency surgery to remove both her legs (diabetic). they were able to save one of the legs thank god. it took 3 long months to get her out of the hospital(s).



- the building is safe as they have now installed several cameras around the complex and there are also now camaras in the elevators. i also installed on of the best locks sold in medellin on the front door. the apartment complex couldn't be in a better location - close to metro aguacatala, eafit, oviedo & now santa fe mall. awesome for those who don't have cars. i have complete photos of the apartment furnished if anybody is interested in viewing them privately in order to see what a finishout would look like. i fully recommend the place and would live there again.

it depends on the visitor, sapo. if you are trying to bring multiple glue sniffing, underage street visitors into the complex per week, you will probably have issues. if you are respectful of your neighbors and discrete with your play, then you will absolutely have no issues. respect begets respect.
