Hi, you may be lucky if you stay in the whole apartment without others tenants (it could be posible, believe me). Anyway in the case there are more tenants, each one will have a keys of their rooms.

I have not heard about burglery or something like that..

About the hotel, i do not recall what i posted three months ago. This building is very closed to Hotel Park 10.

there is a parking lot available, if you are a tenant you do not have to pay an extra charge for it.
