I looked at the your links and it is confusing. It states 35 per person, then you open the links and you get these prices.

Also, what additional infromation about the apartments did you want to see?

RUV - $35 per person is based on 3 people sharing the apartment for 1 month.
So, $105 divided by 3 = $35 per person. I will try and make it clearer.
