Apartment wanted in Poblado/ Patio Bontio/ Manila area

A friend and I want to rent a two bedroom apartment in this area by the 1st of December. Fully/partially furnished would be ideal, but not required. We don't need an expensive luxury apartment, just something simple and not too expensive, hopefully within walking distance to Parque Poblado, EAFIT, or Estacion Poblado. We could probably find someone for a three bedroom place.
