Apartment Wanted in Medellin (Laureles or Estadio)

Hello, I am looking for an apartment for dates Dec.14-25.. A nicely furnished 2 bedroom / 1 or 2 baths in Laureles or Estadio Area.. nice view with terrace or balcony, fully equipped kitchen, internet, tv, COMFORTABLE BED (queen or king),nice furnishings, etc.... NO DUMPS!!!! safe neighborhood with quiet and friendly neighbors.. While in medellin i will also be looking for a 6 month rental consisting of same as above.. will go up to $700. U.S. a month.. if you have any leads, please let me know.. thanks...
