I have an apartment available to split rent with one other person (me, I have lived in it since it was built) in south Poblado.
The apartment is located near centro commercial Oviedo very near University EAFIT.
Its a new building less than a year old.Clean and quiet.
Includes your own nice sized room with full closet, own bathroom, hot water, internet, parking. Full access to the apartment
Looking for someone who is staying in Medellin for at least a few months but can be rented month to month or even week to week.
Rent and bills are split 50/50.
400.000 pesos (200 dollars) per month.
