Hello, I'm looking for someone to split rent with my apartment in Medellin.
Its located just off la 80 in Belen (near centro commercial Los Molinos).
Nice big apartment on the entire 4th floor (top floor) on the building.
You will have your own room with double bed and fast wireless internet.
Your own bathroom with hot shower.
I have a washing machine.
You will have total privacy.

Good for students of EAFIT university because a bus comes by every 3-5 minutes and goes directly there..

The price is good I think, 490,000 pesos (approx $225.000) per month, thats everything included.

Looking for someone who may stay for at least a few months, but one month is fine.
bi weekly is possible also.

Simple rules: No hookers in the apartment and be clean.
