APARTMENT TO SHARE IN BOGOTA

In Rosales. Carrera 7 Calle 78.
The apartment is very well located, between downtown and the north of the city. The neighborhood is very safe (surrounded by embassies) and close to zona rosa and the best shops and restaurants in town. It has a beautiful 10th floor view with a balcony. There are three bedrooms but it´s to share with only one person. It´s fully furnished, the kitchen has EVERYTHING that you need to cook comfortably, and it also has a laundry area. The bedroom has a double bed (with mattress, sheets and blankets), a table, a big mirror, lamp, phone, cable tv spot, curtain with black out. There is 24 hours hot water, high speed internet and cable tv. There is also a peson who helps me with the cleaning and the ironing every friday.
The price is VERY REASONABLE.
I´m looking for a roommate who´s between 23 and 43 years old, clean, tidy, and serius about money. I´m looking for a deal of at least three months.

Why do so many of the "for rent" posts on this forum never mention money? Seems pretty silly...

Nope. Our building has a secured parking garage and the gate must be opened by security..

Interesting that there is such a defined and strict age requirement.

Yes, the cebiche is some of the best I have ever had and a good wine list mostly from Chile.
Closed Sunday. Weekdays and Saturday open at noon then close about 3:30 then open again at six for dinner. Mrs. Gator thinks the atmosphere is to "sterile" so it's not high on the list-but I like it.

That resaturant is on Cl 74 east of 5th in the Las Rosalas neighborhood-say between $18.000 and $45.000 (without beverage adult or other wise) if you walk from 5 th it will be about the third building east on the right hand side.

Worth a visit.
