The apartment is located near centro commercial Oviedo very near University EAFIT.
Its a new building less than a year old.Clean and quiet.
Includes your own nice sized room with full closet, double bed, your own personal bathroom, hot water, full kitchen, parking. Full access to the entire apartment
Looking for someone who is staying in Medellin for at least a few months but can be rented month to month.
About 5 minute walk to the metro, supermarkets, banks, gym.
Rent and bills are split 50/50.
400.000 pesos (220 dollars) per month.
Its available on May 10.
