Yes it is a one bedroom with one and a half bathes.

I'm charging 125,000 cop per night, 1,500,000 cop for a fifteen day stay and 2,200,000 cop per month. If you want to stay 3 or more months we can negociate a price. The price includes maid service once a week to clean the apartment top to bottom but you can pay the building maids to clean the apartment whenever you want for 25,000 pesos.

The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook for yourself and laundry service for only 10,000 pesos a load. All local phone calls are free.

The best part about the apartment is that it is located on a hill in www.barriogranada.com

I think the building is between four and five years old. I bought my apartment 2 years ago and it was one of only a couple available.
