When I submitted my I-129F documents, I also sent my novia's birth certificate for her and her children, which were translated, notorized, apostillized, etc...
While we have visas in hand, I'm a little confused about need for BCs in the future for the Adjustment of Status. Will we need another orginal and translated set, will the first set suffice, or will we get the orginial submissions back?
Since I'm going to Bogota next week to pick-up my family, I would rather get them while I'm there for the AOS. Also, anything else I might need?
Thanks,
Danny H.

You'll need them for AOS but if she has a child, for school, sports etc. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
