Anyone use a panasonic plasma in Bogota?

Thinking of buying the 42 inch Panasonic TH-42PX60U Plasma. However, concerned that a lot of plasmas have trouble working at high altitudes. Anyone have any experience with Panasonic?

Thanks,

Tlop

Buy a LCD! Ecost.com has a 42" Soyo lcd on sale for $899, might be a better deal than a plasma.

Just a thought

Look into DLP I have a Samsung DLP in Houston and my uncle has a Mitsubishi DLP in Bogota. His seems to work just fine at altitude. The new DLPs have 1080p and 15000:1 contrast ratio. Also they never image burn in and you will never have dead pixels like a plasma. I have my PC hooked up to mine and leave the windows desktop up all the time without danger of burn in.

They aren't as thin as plasmas, but they have none of the major drawbacks. Just my $.02
