Anyone knows how to receive online payments in Colombia?

Is there anyway to accept online payments in a website in pesos in Colombia? (I have checked www.pagosonline.net and it seems too expensive, are there other options?)

Bill, Paypal isn't 100% in Colombia. If you go to their website, its not listed yet. I emailed them last year on why not, the Email they sent me was due to internet security(lack of).

I have a credit card issued in Colombia (HSBC) that I had verified for a PayPal purchase from e-Bay in the US. It worked fine to pay there. Then I had some problems with another transactiom I needed money to go from the US to Colombia and it worked fine through PayPal. The amount was only about $100 USD, but it did work.
