Anyone know the Winston Churchill restaurant in Bogota?

I have to go to Bogota next week and I would like to find a restaurant I enjoyed there several years ago. Problem: I'm not absolutely sure of the name or its location,

But for some reason I think it may have been called the Winston Churchill restaurant, international cuisine, predominantly french and NOT cheap.

I do remember it was in a very commercial area with lots of hotels and restarants and very close to a large shopping mall....name unknown. I really do not know Bogota well.

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
