Anyone know real estate in Candelaria outside Cali

Will be going to Cali and Candelaria in July and will be looking to purchase some land and a house in my Colombian wife's name. my wife's mom has talked to someone who needs money and is selling a piece of land by the park (8m x 30m) for 15 million pesos. I was told that's a good price for the size and location. Anyone out there know if this is going price or not. They are also selling a property next door to the vacant land for 60 million which is a 3 bedroom home on 1st floor, 2 apts for rental on 2nd floor bringing in 200,000 pesos each and a deck on the roof.

thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help or has thoughts.

thanks.
