juanalejo says on Mar 19, 2005, 06:02: open Offices were open yesterday, with very few exceptions such as Holy Thursday and Friday, Labor day (1st of May), 20th of July and 7th of August (National Holidays), the Inmaculate Conception, Christmas and New Years Day all other holidays move to the following Monday.
