So on my next trip down South I might have to spend some time in a little place called Neiva. Anyone have any good stories, tips, warnings to share?
Also I was very impressed with some of the history lessons I have received here on PBH so I welcome any valid info on the history of Neiva if anyone would like to share.
Gracias in advance

There is part of the city called the La Toma and thats were alot of the bars are. The main festival is San pedro which is the last week in june (I think). The city goes crazy the last weekend of the festival. Horse parades, people drunk on the streets, really really fun. There is also alot of cultrual things to see that week like the festival de bambuco. its the traditional dance of that part.

A lot of my family including my wife and my mother's side of my family are from there. I spend at least a few weeks there every year. I'm so hip, I have difficulty seeing over my pelvis. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
