Eafit here in Medellin requires verification of health insurance for admissions. I searched PBH but the cheapest I found was a poster quoting $80 per month. Anyone got a line on anything cheaper. Only need it to get through admissions, so the bare minimum works.
Thanks,
joe.

I was told that if you own a house and you live in a higher estrato, you'll have to pay quite more, no matter what you declare to earn (it is something about "Renta Presuntiva"). Is it true? vicshere says on Jan 18, 2007, 08:51: health care costs are based on your wage and runs about 12 % of your wage...if you apply as indipendenti (sry spelling) all you need is a letter from an accountant to say you make somewhere near minimum wage and the insurance company uses that to figure you monthly costs... listo |

So, at least, they have the possibility to enter a passport number in the terminal... "I am a citizen of the most beautiful nation on earth. gringodan says on Jan 18, 2007, 12:26: hthstudents.com I don't know if this will cover what they require, but this place offers $34/month if you are between 14 and 30 years of age. When are you going to EAFIT? I plan on going there for an undetermined period between May and August. Thus, I'd like to contact you to see what works., if you are there before me.
