Eafit here in Medellin requires verification of health insurance for admissions. I searched PBH but the cheapest I found was a poster quoting $80 per month. Anyone got a line on anything cheaper. Only need it to get through admissions, so the bare minimum works.
Thanks,
joe.

vicshere says on Jan 18, 2007, 08:51: health care costs are based on your wage and runs about 12 % of your wage...if you apply as indipendenti (sry spelling) all you need is a letter from an accountant to say you make somewhere near minimum wage and the insurance company uses that to figure you monthly costs...

gringodan says on Jan 18, 2007, 12:26: hthstudents.com I don't know if this will cover what they require, but this place offers $34/month if you are between 14 and 30 years of age. When are you going to EAFIT? I plan on going there for an undetermined period between May and August. Thus, I'd like to contact you to see what works., if you are there before me.
