My wife has family there, they are about to lose their lease and need to find a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment. They are telling us that they can't find anything for under 500.000 pesos! I can't believe that Cucuta is bexcoming so expensive. We pay for an apartment for another relative in Bogota, 3 bedroom for 175.000 peso.
Any ideas or just some info on the current housing market in Cucuta. Would consider just purchasing a home as investment for them to live in. If paying out this kind of money, might as well buy.
Would appreciate your comments.
