I'm curious about useing Spirit Air to visit my wife and son in CTG.They are moving in June and I will be flying as frequently as possible.I've read the reviews I know they have a poor rating w/customer service but I wonder how reliable they are fro O'Hare airport to Cartagena.Any imput would be useful.Thank you.

Other people can bitch about Spirit all they want, to me it's a godsend. Before, I had to fly American to Miami and then fly avianca to cartagena. The spirit trip is about ten times more convenient, ten times cheaper. I save around 500 dollars each trip.I get there sooner, get to leave later, etc etc.
