Anyone find a Worse company than Tefonica

Telefonica has to go down in history as the most expensive service .. They do not provide service...

But they do have a very good automated system that calls you up and tells you to pay your bill .....

This is not just me ...I have been talking to other people with telefonica in Santa Marta and Rodadero....telefonica is the worse ...

I have the package from Telefonica ....TV ( disconnected in Bogota ...they say sorry it is an internal problem ). Internet ..works about 50 percent of the time ..Telefono that works for the automated calls from Telefonica.

Today works one minute in 10 ...or less......

Talking to them today and they asked for my email address to send me an email ...SEE they do have a sense of humour.....( question how can I access my email ) ...

This is been written and I am waiting for a connection to try and send it through.

they're pathetic. EVERY month we got calls on our bill that we never made, services we never requested. Took over 5 months for them to stop billing us for internet we had disconected, and I made a few reverse-charges calls that they charged the other person AND me for. Every month was the same BS - I had to call and yell at people or worse, go to their offices and yell at people there. The office was the worst but I usually riled up the other customers and they all started telling Telefonica off too.

I had them fuckers in Spain (Movistar), their home turf and I thought they were the absolutely worst company in entire world history, no exceptions. I almost lost my sanity with the MFs. Later, when I heard they were moving on to Colombia I really felt sorry for the country.

Is it really possible that there is a worse telephone and internet service provider than Cable and Wireless here in Panama? I would be totally amazed if that is indeed the case. But it sounds like it might be. Is Tefonica private or state owned? How much do they charge u there for 1 mega service? And how often does it approach 1 mega? In Colombia can u not pick up the phone and call anywhere in the country and talk in peace without worrying how much its going to cost? Because in Panama, its a luxury item, I can tell you. It would be the second biggest reason for not investing here, right after the drivers, jejejeje........

ETB is atrocious. i ordered service with them a week ago. everyday they have told me definitely tomorrow they will be out to install service except for today. today, they told me to check back in 48 hours. no thanks. i just called Telmex. the girl was very pleasant and helpful and they will be out to perform the install saturday morning.

I second the vote for Cable & Worthless as the World's worst (is half government owned here). The British are punishing the Panamanians for SOMETHIN' !

Seems that some people think "everybody's outa step but me".
