Anybody use www.12VOIP.com with dial up?

I use it!

With dialup, it calls your landline or cell phone and then calls your destination telephone number. You will be getting a modest hookup fee of maybe .05 Euros, but then you get to make a call for 1 hour for that price! I use it while at an office and the computer does not have the computer program downloaded with a microphone and speakers available like at home.

If it is free to call your telephone normally and free to call the other number normally, then you just pay the connection fee. Still, calling for about $.10 for one hour is free to me! Cell phones are .07 Euros a minute to call Colombia.

Vonage charges you $25 month and you get a local telephone number and you use like a regular telephone. Then, you pay money to call Colombia. I have a cell phone, if people want to call me and I call them back for free.

Skype charges you money to call telephones to Colombian landlines. I was in Maryland last month and children expected me to use Skype to call Colombia. I said no way, I will call their telephone for FREE! Who needs me to call a computer to another computer??

You spend or waste your money anyway you like, but FREE beats giving money away to me!
