rjstuff says on Mar 22, 2007, 08:47: Yes you can depends on your Income and assets Colombianogringo is right - check out the guidelines on VJ. You can support as many people as your income level would provide for - e.g. you can sponsor your fiancee/wife followed by financing her children, her parents, her brothers and sisters etc. - as long as your income level when adding those to your household size can support them (at a 125%of poverty level as published by USCIS). Many people do this chain effect starting with just the husband or wife and eventually bringing the entire family (or most of it). Good Luck

ColombianoGringo says on Mar 22, 2007, 15:56: rjstuff is right My dad did basically that with my mom's family. My parents came from Colombia when I was a bun in the oven. Over the years, he sponsored my grandparents and my mom's siblings.
