I think there is an Aussie in Sal Gil runs a hotel, guys help me out can't remember his name.... La Campina aren't you an Aussie too? But, you're in Cali or in Aussie right now....

Raaaay,
but Ireland is part of the British Isles, the Irish are the original British, and St Patrick WAS English...which I didn´t know, but can now use against you.

RAAAY says on Mar 1, 2008, 18:07:

Ahhhhh............The British Isles is a geographical term.............just like North America is a geographical term which includes Canada..............

The Irish are the origional British.............hmmmmmm.........best break out those history books............

And Saint Patrick was Welsh.........not English...........

You coming here for St Pat's day...??

britabroad says on Mar 1, 2008, 19:43:

I was, but as you´ve totally destroyed my historical theories...bollocks!

Geographical term? - so all North Americans are from North America (including Canadians).
Therefore, all British are from the British Isles (including the Irish). And all Australians (of which there appear to be very few in Medellin), are Oceanians, along with New Zealanders, Fijians, and Indonesian headhunters with bones through their noses.

Celts, Gaels, call them what you want, but they were the original British - named by the Romans after Brittannia. Did the Romans ever get to Ireland?

And Saint Patrick was Romano-British. The Welsh were the Celts who lived in what is now Wales - named by the Anglo-Saxon invaders (Wallae is ´Foreigner´in Olde English) hence Cornwall (Foreigners who worship Cerne, the horned God), and Walsall (Foreigners with really weird accents who support a shit football club).

Maybe I will come after all. When is it again? April 23rd?
Also, do you want me to speak with my nephews re import/export etc as mentioned ealier this week? PB me on that one if so.

britabroad says on Mar 1, 2008, 21:04:

Raaay...............You´re British and we aren´t, cos we´re English. Anglo Saxons are from Holland/Fresia, are well built, intelligent, dark haired pagans who eat Celts. The Irish/Celtic/British bloodline (of which you are one) are short, stocky gingers, who like digging holes and eat potatoes.
Actually, Medellin on St Paddy´s Day sounds better than Cali on St Paddy´s Day.
Fugdis - will Mrs Fugdis wear a lads trip north do you think?

RAAAY says on Mar 1, 2008, 21:13:

I'm British...??........That means I could be knighted........weeeeeeeee.....Sir Raay........I could then f**k you into a dungeon...........and let you out during potato harvesting season to pick my spuds.........

:-D
That´s the spirit Ray! Bob Geldof is a "Sir" remember.
Seriously, I´ll have to soften up Mrs Brit about St Patrick´s Day, but if it´s possible, I´ll be there. Always wanted to see Medellin anyway. Might bring my gang with me though, or might have to bring the wife! :-(

Yeah I reckon she'll be ok with that.
Sir Raaay can put us up on some of his imported sofas....I heard hes got a lot of unmoved stock.

RAAAY says on Mar 1, 2008, 21:31:

Ohhhh.......Brit..............it's getting exausting having to correct you..................Geldof is not a Sir...................That is a nickname..................his knighthood was an honorary one..........he is allowed to use some f**kin letters AFTER his name...............

Of course..........as a British subject.....I would know this.............you are a mere Englishman............does it even warrant a capital E......?

It's safer to bring wife to Medellin.............

britabroad says on Mar 1, 2008, 21:40:

Safer for me, but you haven´t met her yet! Anyway, why isn´t england spelt with an "I"?

Fugdis, we could make a weekend out of this to treat the girls...slip out to see Raaaaay and his Irish mates...drink lots of Guinness...then run riot in Med!
Bring a red wig so we´ll blend in easily and confuse the Old Bill. If we get nicked I´ll be Raaay and you can be Bob Geldorf. Poor bastards wouldn´t know any different.
Leave all ID at home and play the part of a poor Gringo tourist who got picked on by the locals. Is this a realistic scenario or do I need to go to bed and sleep on it?
