Announcing my marriage- finally!!

Hello to all. I have not posted since the end of Nov. when I came to Col. for my marriage. With illness etc. it took a while.
I am so happy to tell you I was married to my novio on Feb.1 on San Andres Island (with NO problems and only my passport). We came to Bogota to visit family, but now have decided to live here. We are now looking for a house. Some of you will remember we were going to live in Armenia. This is a much better choice for us, though we have family in Armenia and will be visiting soon.

Other news: I received my cedula in ONE day. This is not complicated at all.
I have to use internet cafes so it is really difficult to post and read, but I have not forgotten anyone (the good, bad, and ugly as well). I hope to be back on line once we are in a house.

Best to all, especially to those who sent private messages. I apologize for the long time it took to reply. I never really understood how much time it takes to post from a cafe- very time consuming. I apologise to all for my bad thoughts about "time consuming" being a poor excuse for not posting (thank goodness I kept it to myself!). Please appreciate all posts from people who have to use the internet cafes- I certainly have a new perspective.

I will have a name change when I come back more regularly. Until then,
