Yes, I pay $95 mil for my package, without premium movies. I live in Armenia, so I know that Cartagena, where baseball is much more important, should have the same thing.

The MLB and NFL packages are really cheap, something like $4-5 dollars extra per month.

Unfortunately The NFL & MLB packages are the only ones available in Colombia. WHen you write or talk to Direc TV, tell them to offer more sports packagaes!

Yeah, I really miss college basketball and football. They have some games occasionally, but they are not a priority. You do get events like Super Bowl, Grand Slam golf tourneys...on ESPN or ESPN2 Latin America. I´m sure the final NCAA basketball game, maybe Final Four...the USC-Texas game too, etc.

There´s simply not enough demand for them to be offered IMO, at least in Colombia.

I am a White Sox fan, I watched every single post-season game on ESPN, FOX or the MLB package (I had Extra Innings in the states, you get about 1-2 games of your team every week, and, on average, about 20 different games per week).

It has been since Jordan retired that I have watched an NBA game from start to finish, in entirety.

Well, you can always just subscribe to MLB.tv or MLB audio, that´s how I follow most of the games down here that are not on TV. It´s only $14.95 per season, and it is really cool to listen to broadcasters of other teams that are playing against your team, or simply to listen to someone like Vin Scully do a Dodgers game.

Of course, yahoo sports, espn.com, cbssportsline and cnnsi all have pretty much constantly updated scoreboards, too.
