Has it been a terrible year for rain down in Colombia? My friends say it might be because of the Global Warming. Anybody have any thoughts on this matter.

We have always had a good amount of spring water, but it has to come from somewhere. It is not produced in the ground. Hereit has been raining most nights but rarely during the day. Bill Turley (Moderator) (Trustee board) (☼Travelguide writer) says on Jul 25, 2008, 16:17: Here I have all the water I could need. People here raise fish for food, there are resturants that raise the fish that you as a customer can order and eat. Talk about fresh! I do not pay for water, it is mountain spring water, cold and delicious. If it rains most nights for several months so be it. Today is was rainy from 11 to 3, unusual foir day rain. The afternoon was sunny with bright blue skys around the mountain. Temperature was about 70 Mr. Bill Somondoco 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

With 180 inches of snow and 60 below zero, I fled to South Florida. With 96 degrees and Hurricanes and Tornados I moved further South. Now no freezing, No hot temps, No Hurricanes and no Tornados. panthdave says on Jul 26, 2008, 03:03: Well in Las Palmas/road to Rio Negro from San Diego or Castropol there still cleaning up from the mud slides this has been at least from the middle of June. Remeber middle of June road to Rio Negro was shut down Monday morning and had to go to Bello and cross over to the Bogota road to get to the airport. If you take a day flight to Medellin and about 20 minutes before landing look down and you can see the rivers and many flooding still to this day. panthdave Miami 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
