Airbus chooses Medellin's Airport to test their SuperJumbo

Airbus Industrie has chosen Medellin's Jose Maria Cordova International Airport to test their Super Jumbo A-380 because of the technical specifications and qualified personnel at the airport.

The big bird will land next sunday so if you're in Medellin or nearby go there with your camera.

According to the report, Medellin's airport will be the first one in the Americas to receive the big plane.

Airbus A380 Sydneysiders were lucky enough to have the new Airbus A380 arrive into Sydney for a bit. Theres only a few airports in the world with the capacity to be able to handle such a big aircraft. I didnt see it personally but it looked huge!

The buyers will recieve compensation, it is pretty normal for new aircraft to be late on delivery initially.
