Hi..I am working out travel arrangements for my stay in Colombia in a month. Last night my husband told me that AeroRepublica has a deal where you can buy a ticket for about $250USD and get 5 flights out of it. Does anyone know about this? I can't get a website for AeroRepublica to come up.
Another question - has anyone here ever taken a bus from Bogota to Cartagena? How long does it take? How much does it cost? Is it a rough trip?
Many thanks...

alexyy9 says on Apr 25, 2005, 21:21: I looked up Avianca's Discover Colombia pass, but it looks like it's only available for folks coming from the UK (I'll be coming from NYC), and my husband, who lives in Bogota currently, wouldn't be able to buy it either.

Jack Smith says on Apr 27, 2005, 20:33: Wait until you get to Colombia My advice, although I could be wrong, would be for you to wait until you arrive to buy any in country travel tickets.....they are usually much cheaper if bought in Colombia.....somebody tell me if I am still correct on this please?

kernow62 says on Apr 27, 2005, 20:44: I believe you are correct for individual flights, but sometimes packages are available overseas that aren't available in Colombia. Personally I bought tickets upon arriving in Bogotá.
