I've researched adoptions but can't seem to find specific information regarding the adoption of stepchildren. Some questions I have are:
Are the costs and waiting time the same as an agency adoption?
Are the procedures the same as an agency adoption or is it less rigorous?
If anybody has any information or, better yet, personal experience with this matter, I would appreciate any input.
