What kinds of things are in a person's A File with the USCIS?

EdgarL says on Nov 2, 2006, 10:40: Would ... a diploma and/or certification from a university and letters stating experience for a particular job be in there? The specialized job was used to get permission to work which led to residency and evertually to citizenship.

Gator says on Nov 3, 2006, 08:07: Any Items/copies of actions, petitions, correspondence, etc. If it's important to know just file a FOI, (Freedom of Information) request and you get the entire file. "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
