A change is VISA policy???

I was using my atm card last week and it was only giving me one withdrawal per day. At first I thought something was wrong with the card. I called the bank. They said everything is ok. Again only one withdrawal per day.

A month or so ago I had withdrawn $2000 in one day with multiple withdrawals. And many other times I had made several withdrawals in one day.

I called the US bank again this morning. Now they are telling me that Visa changed their policys on foreign withdrawals from cajeros. Only one per day to lessen their liability for fraud. I don't know if it is only Cali, or Colombia or everywhere. The bank said that Visa changed their policy on foreign withdrawals within the last few weeks.

The problem is in Cali there is only one cajero that gives 500,000 CP and that is Davivienda. So I can get only about $200 a day.

Anybody else that is in Colombia notice this?
