I agree with your choices! That's awesome that you make almojabanas from scratch. But don't discriminate the ones that are prepackaged they are also delicious! Try them sometime and let us know what do you think.
Yes bocadillos, coffe candy, buñuelos, pandeponos, pony malta and other are can also be found in the states.

Colombiana is also good. I don't know about the "copy" statement. In your opinion which one tastes better the copy or the original? Are they the same beverage? Do they taste the same? Do they have the very same name?

Colombiana gaseosa (soft drink) is made by Postobon. So I don't think there is a copy of the beverage and as far as the name I really don't know what to tell you.
COLOMBIANA the firm was founded in Valle de Cauda (Cali) in 1918. In 1965 began exporting to the states and currrently COLOMBIANA exports to 45 countries.
