Grammar can put off many students , I never knowingly learnt grammar but absorbed it when learning english as a child via the media, radio ,tv, my surroundings, books, and of course my family, practicar practicar practicar, and never be worried about making mistakes, forget grammar its so pedantic, learn and have fun

I have a CELTA and DELTA.

I was an ESL teacher for 7 years.

I am now a high school English teacher.

I plan to do an Ed.D in Bilingualism.

you obviously had a priviliged education, but people like you are few and far between here in colombia, when you here a colombian teach a colombian the mistakes just go on and on, there are many ways to teach but for me the word is " ENCOURAGEMENT", so long as the effort is there then the fun and excitement will follow.
