$500 room for rent in Bogota ( Santa Barbara )

We have a vacancy right now. We have a room available right now for only US$500/month. It is available for a month, starting next week. This is a great opportunity, for someone who is looking for a short term stay, in one of the most sought after barrios in Bogota.

If you want to walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, Unicentro, shopping streets, cafes, then this is the place to be. You will simply love the place ! All the places mentioned are within a 5 minute or less walk. Did I mention, that Transmilenio is also less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Serious inquiries only! I can email you the link for the pics. If you guys have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

It seems the rental posts never have full disclosure. What do you mean by a "room?"

What kind of a building is the room in? (Apartment? House?)

Are there additional costs for Internet, utilities, etc?

Are there other roommates? How about shared common areas like a kitchen?

Etc.

Cheers.

Sorry for the confusion...... But, here it goes.....

The awesome rate comes with: full utilities, free wifi in the bedrooms, it is 4 year old apartment building, free access to all the common areas (kitchen, living room, study, wash area) there are 2 other roommates from the U.S., linens, large shared bath, cable and brand new TV...

Anything else, please don't hesitate to ask...
