2 or 3 bedroom furnished apartment or house needed in Bogota or Popayan

We are a family of four looking to rent a fully furnished house or large apartment in Bogota, preferably in or near Zona Rosa. We need at least two bedrooms. We are also considering Popayan, in a safe area. We would like to start renting in July. Also, does anyone know of a place for domestic employment (maid, nanny), and what the average cost is?
