need some administration advice for marriage with my Colombian girlfriend

Hello, Can somebody help concerning the documents I need for our marriage in March 2008 in Bogota. I did already some research but looks that at the Colombian embassy in Belgium-Brussels the necersary documents for the marriage are different than wat they ask at the notaria in Bogota.
