Adoption

I was born in the US but raised in Colombia. I have a son that was born in Colombia and I have the legal custody. I am about to get married and my fiance (american too) wants to adopt my son. The father of my son has agreed to give my fiance the adoption. I know is an exceptional case ... Does anyone know about a similar process and how long it would take ?? Thanks!!! ...
