I was born in Argentina... I live in Canada... I lived many years in Colombia, after all my family is mostly Colombian...
also, I don't hate Uribe, I dislike him and I guess I'm just hopeful that there are better people to lead Colombia. In Cali there's plenty of discomfort with Uribe that perhaps you have not noticed, it tends to be from higher educated individuals.
Finally, though there are farms in Cali, I never implied mine was one of these nor did I say anything to do with class. The farm is fairly close though that makes it convenient for all sorts of reasons. Also I don't look down at campesinos, most tend to be honest hard-working family-oriented individuals.
and thanks for the PM, shows that you have some humility after all. Just remember that people can think differently, it doesn't mean that they are right/wrong. I have to add that I admire your wealth of musical knowledge that you have shared on one of the threads here. Though me personally, I'm more into electronic music...
