cazadorez comments on MANGOS IN MEDALLO CLOSED?

Maybe its a rumor maybe not....I would believe it....... because last time I was there a couple months ago on a Saturday. The place was empty....I mean EMPTY!!! It looked sad and the ambiente sucked!!!! Plus I heard that a couple weeks ago a older gentlemen was killed, he was no average JOE but a very wealthy man that owned several nightclubs??????? Bad times!!!!

cazadorez comments on IMPORTING SEMEN INTO COLOMBIA

I would agree with the......."don't ask don't tell" advice. You can easilly carry it on as carry on luggage leaving the states.....just try to camaflouge it when you arrive in a computer case. But I will tell you they do a thorough check when you arrive at Colombia. So it is probable it will be detected. You are better off leaving it in your luggage, and thinking of a good white lie if it is still detected. Like it is a medecine I take for health reasons. They will usually buy that and say ok.....unless it looks like a really high tech storage cyclinder and they will be reluctant to see what it really is. good luck

cazadorez comments on Hooters Medellin opens August 5...

Hooters in Medallo....what a joke!!! Let's see here....... 2 beers, 6 chicken wings will set you back 50 bucks in the states (not including tip).............rip off! I wonder if the prices will be similar to the states....if so..good luck!!! HAHAHAH! I personally hope the place takes a dump.......I predict it to be packed the first month after that...........chit chit chit chit.......when the locals realize its a chitty Mickey D's with a sportsbar twist......

cazadorez comments on

We Mexicans do not all where big hats and have big mustaches and only sing rancheras and make tacos....some of us got big pockets too (not a surprise)......jejejejejejeeje....this is from a mexican drinking a cold Modelo in Medellin surfing the net on a patio overlooking the cuidad right now (you Jealous)......... Just came from San Carbon and had me a steak.....its very interesting to see that in almost every nice restaurant in Medellin, they play almost 90% Mexican music....all the way from Javier Solis, los panchos to Mana........I must say I am very proud of this and respect that they have adopted alot of the Mexican culture like we mexicans have adopted the Cumbia........dang......... time for another MiChelada...(which by the way is Mexican aswell). SALUD! CHEERS! and CIAO! Elmo, As always...interesting report.....

cazadorez comments on Blackberry's

Aji1, Thanks for the info....I think I have the data part covered.....I had sprint add on the 69.99 a month unlimited international data plan. I will only be there ten days. The great thing is that the rep said...when you get back just call and remove the international data plan and they will only prorate it the days you used it. Can this be to good to be true? But I am more concerned about my phone calls and the dead giveaway of being out of the country. YIKES! My clients and BOSS will know I am out of the country. :( Is it me or am I going crazy? Does anyone know what I am talking about...... when you call internationally.....and when you are calling the ringing on the phone is different then from the ring as if you were calling locally.

cazadorez comments on Blackberry's

Funny this post is here....I leave tonight to Medellin.....I just swapped my Treo Palm for a BlackBerry 8830 world edition phone since the TREO will not work over seas. I also notified Sprint to activate the international roaming.......so when I land I keep my number and can make and recieve calls with it...........the following questions are.. 1. When someone calls me from the states to my cell in Colombia, does it ring funny (on the caller side of the phone call), and if I do not answer will they hear spanish talking from the local carrier or will it always go to my voicemail (on the caller side of the phone call)? Example..when you call Mexico from the states it always rings different and you can tell you are calling an international number...small stroy short I want to know if I can BS my customers so they do not know I am out of the country. 2. How is the roaming and data of recieving emails from the Sprint network down there....am I going to get raped when I come back and see the bill from Sprint? Thanks in advance!

cazadorez comments on My Wonderfully, Crazy Trip to Colombia (Medellin & Cali)

El sapo hit the nail on the head by saying this "Remember, the easiest way to send money to Daniela is Western Union or Moneygram." THAT I BET IS A FACT AND WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION IN THAT RELATIONSHIP......jejejjeeje

cazadorez comments on What is your favorite Chatarra in Colombia(junk-comfort food)?

After a night of fun...hitting up the hot dog cart having a american hot dog with a colombian twist...all the pineapple sauces mayo and broken chips with the hard boiled egg on top as a treat hits the spot on those things.......jejejeje

cazadorez comments on Good steak in Medellin? Where?

cazadorez comments on Colombian Salsa

HUH!!!! How can the wonderful Sonora Carruseles be forgotten......that is the best Colombia has to offer in salsa! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkwRTQ4bEpI

cazadorez comments on The “Colombianization” of Ciudad Juarez and Chihuahua

ummmm......could this be just a front? Medellin is still very very very corrupt! Sounds like a plan of disaster...all it will do is solidify Mexican contacts with Colombian contacts and the mafia will grow......you better believe the mafia will have many of the socalled trainee folks on there payroll!

cazadorez comments on Limes In Your Beer

Bohemia is another great beer!

cazadorez comments on Limes In Your Beer

Try Modelo Especial, it is the best beer mexico makes and you do not need any limes....Corona is made by Modelo.....but Modelo is the higher class of beers (not a chevrolet but the Cadillac of beers)! You are starting to see them alot more in Colombia. Cheers!

cazadorez comments on How dangerous is Medellin becoming?

Gees...Let me see you are considering moving to another country for a year and you are considering Medellin..............and the greatest part is you have never been to Medellin, but yet you want to move there for a year? Chit,if that's the case I want to move to the North pole...never been there but I want to live there for a year and try it out just for fun..........!Por favor!

cazadorez comments on

Nice Picture!!!! The ocean looks expectacular!

cazadorez comments on French man murdered in Medellin

Yes, you pass by Bello heading out to Coppacabana....nice area, but it is real country out there (ranchos)! I went to several cockfights out there with some friends......but you need to watch yourself for there are some important people out there if you know what I mean :)

cazadorez comments on

Expectacular.....Shakira sucks and her voice is just horrible!!!!!! She only comes out with CD's when there is no market and competition...por favor!

cazadorez comments on aero mexico

Yeah I was at Oviedo and while I was eating my Cheeseburger at that outdoor burger joint I saw the AeroMexico logo....kind of cool..I love having options because CopaAir sucks even though it is the cheapest for us folks on the West Coast!

cazadorez comments on

It's called trickle down economics like back in the Reagan days but in the Narco underground world......Mexico Cartels are in a full blast war for the plaza and power inside the USA and MEXICO......which equals to it trickling and now affecting Colombia's Narco lineup. Mexican Capos are wedged deep in Colombia as-well and you better believe it will get worse on both sides (Mexico & Colombia) before it gets better! The mafia has been hit hard from all angles in the past 2-3 years. Hold on to your seats..........

cazadorez comments on Colombia NarcoSubs: Cocaine Smuggling Goes Under Water

Very interesting.......I wonder if the Mexican guy that help the Cartels design the tools is in jail or back in Mexico?

cazadorez comments on 2 Bedroom Apartment For Rent in Poblado

Oh yeah I forgot..so if these are low season rates what are the high season rates......JAJAJAJAJAJA LMAO!

cazadorez comments on Karaoke in MEDELLIN

rhydewithhdis, I think your right, but in istead of Louboutin and TR they are more like Loubitize and TRize!!!! Because they are all bootleg and fake....JEJEJEJEJEJ The majority of that stuff the incrowd wears is all from the blackmarket.

cazadorez comments on 2 Bedroom Apartment For Rent in Poblado

Can someone say RIP OFF!!!!!

cazadorez comments on Karaoke in MEDELLIN

Don't matter, in english or spanish. Just looking for a spot that does it period.....would love to see the local crowd get up on stage and do there thing!

cazadorez comments on "Limpieza" is going to start again in Medellin

La Huella said "Personally I think Colombia could use a good strong porn industry, and I hope it flourishes. Porn can be sold all over the world via the Internet very cheaply, good for the economy!" Money is not everything......morals and pride are much higher on my list and many others here! Good luck to you..

cazadorez comments on SING LIKE A CHAMP!

Anyone else no of a spot?

cazadorez comments on Panama Layover Activities

...for short time go downtown and hit the casinos and gamble, that is the best option I can think of....that is fast quick and kills some time in the layover. Nothing else much to do thats quick! There is casinos everywhere!!!!!!!1

cazadorez comments on "Limpieza" is going to start again in Medellin

El sapo said.... "It all started because a son of a capo got AIDS from a working girl who used to work at San Diego Show. The guy is understandably pissed off. Some girls already suffered serious consequences. Pamphlets appeared all over Medellin, not only in the bad barrios. I directly know of one in Oviedo and in some gated community in Castropol (Poblado). The limpieza is openly directed toward putas, prepagos and clients." He is right.....I have also heard that story from a very valid source...and fyi whitewidow.....San Diego Show is a whore house in Medellin and not in physical San Diego California like your post response. freaky scary stuff going on.....I guess the economy is not helping either....Holy chit!

cazadorez comments on Guinea-Bissau Assassinations: Is Colombia's Drug Trade Behind Them?

Look at this interesting piece! See the routes of drug trade internationally driven.

cazadorez comments on What do you think of this report?

For the people that do not leave El Poblado and generally never see the barrio. Towards the end you can see the metrocable car around the Andalucia area. Pretty cool!

cazadorez comments on SING LIKE A CHAMP!

cazadorez comments on hebrew teachers needed in medellin

LOL.....that was funny Big Mac! No harm no foul.......have a tequila on me!

cazadorez comments on hebrew teachers needed in medellin

Big Mac, It was all in good fun, do not get your panties in a bunch... What you said Big Mac ("those greasy slimmy Colombians want to come to the USA, what a F'ing shame! Keep those drug dealers back in their 3'rd World joke of a country eating beans and rice for breakfast!") does not even compare nor come close to what I said?????? Re-read my post and then re-read yours and calmy think about it?????? Very foolish, chill out tough guy for all I said was "down the tube"! I was refering to Medellin going down the tube by more tourist's in Medellin, so what? I want to be the only tourist there..LMAO!!!! Big whoopie???????????

cazadorez comments on SING LIKE A CHAMP!

cazadorez comments on Volunteer Abroad as an Atlas Corps Fellow

I believe this post is in the wrong country/board? The thread mentions nothing of Mexico?

cazadorez comments on Colombian lesson for beginners No.1

Sorry makopp5, But I think your post is chity and rude...I do not think you bought anyone...you simply sparked the fire to move a agenda across a board of owners to better the shared recreational pool. But I do agree to an extent almost everyone has a price...and it has nothing to do with race or culture though.......good luck to you!

cazadorez comments on BUYING PROPERTY IN ARMENIA

Bufalo, Thanks for the honest input.......Alot of folks here really appreciate post's like yours! Good luck to you friend!

cazadorez comments on

Those barriers are designed to be removed relatively easy on the lower bolts, or at least should if they follow codes and regulations. Cheers!

cazadorez comments on how's this for a drug bust...........................

There is alot of money in Mexico...alot! All i want is that duffle bag.....I will humble myselft with just one duffle bag like that one! LAMO!!! :) Reports say on that bust, 205 US million were found in cash.....ouch! This is not from the bust on this thread but is of a bust of a house in Mexico....I just figured I would post it for it somewhat goes with this thread? Cheers!
