DR Sucks! Surgery in the Dominican Republic? Man, dont even think of it. I am a former resident of the DR, I lived there for about a year before moving to Colombia. I would not let a Dominican "Doctor" clip my toe nails. That being said, I have had major cosmetic surgery in Medellin including a tummy tuck, and all is ok. The savages in the DR cannot even keep their power grid operational.....thinking of going under the knife there is unfathomable.
