Actually worked down in the Peruvian Amazon near the Ecuador border.. worked for Western Geophysical and their client Petro-Peru...as a Safety man at a base camp on the rio Corrientes...a tributary of the Amazon...about 300 miles NW of Iquitos...I had this crazy idea in 1997 to return and try and co-produce an investigative documentary video...about the oil pipeline spills/breaks along the Corrientes and the impact on the habitat and tribal population...it was a mess! Sorry for the slow response !
