Does anyone know the lenght of time a civil marriage in Colombia can be annuled? it will be two years this June

What rights does an american married to a colombian woman with children 19 and 13 have? She's going to school and we have been married only one year, but are having troubles. Well I just got back to Ecuador where I left my paperwork with the Colombian consulate earlier this month for my sposal Visa. I picked it up yesterday for $160.00 very easy to get, when I return home I have 15 days to regester it with DAS after entering the country. My question is will this Visa entitle my to a Cedula automatically or do I have to wait for two years to get one? and will a Colombian drivers licence come with it?

We just bought a car (registered in her name) I have a valid California drivers licence, I've read here that it will work in Colombia, then I've heard that I need a International licence. You cannot get a int. licence here in Colombia, I'm going to trt to get one in Ecuador.....Does anyone know for sure what the status on a licence is?

I've got a 86 FXR Harley Davidson in Calif. What approx. would it cost to have sent to Medellin? (I'm at work in Ecuador and talked to my wife and she said that their is lots of Harleys on the streets passing the El Pablado area this morning...some sort of a sponsored ride or something?
