buyslake comments on Successful Medellin Restaurante for Sale - very Cheap!

More info: The restaurante has been in business in that location for 15 years and therefore has a large client base.

buyslake comments on Is the Embassy in Bogota granting student visas or denying as quickly as tourist visas?

Robert, When she tried to get the tourist visa the consulate asked her if she had a boyfriend here and she said no, however he suspected she did and therefore denied the tourist visa. She had everything ready for her tourist visa, she even had 9,000,000 pesos in her bank account and she was denied on the suspicion she had a boyfriend here. I do not know how the consulate could deny based on suspicion. There is no way he could know if we are just friends or novios.

Well, I just got back from Medellin. I got the necessary papers completed with a Notary to enable my administrator to sell the restaurante for me if I am not in Colombia. I have pictures of the restaurante and area in front which I just took a few days ago. If you would like pictures email me: aobanco at msn.com tejasmarcos, I thought responded to all your questions in an email earlier, if you did not receive it email me again. No I will not finance $9,500 dollars, I would suggest you take advantage of a credit card offer or find other means of getting the money. You can take up to 10,000 when entering the country so this is easy for anyone. You could also send me a check here in the USA. One thing to point out is, this business has been in place for many years and we have a large number of clients that buy their daily lunch from us everyday. So you are not only getting the restuarante equipment and trained employees but a also a huge client base. Something that may take years to acquire when starting a new restaurante. Rent is 760,000 pesos per month only about $380 USD The food is good, and the service is very fast and friendly!

Actually only a few people have came to the restaurant to check it one and it was sold last week for more then price offered. However I was not able to meet with the person to sign the papers and he was so anxious to purchase a business he purchased another one. The restuarante sells tipico Colombian foods. If you have doubts on the sales, why not come sit in the restaurante at lunch time and you can see for yourself the telephone rings none stop with orders. As far as the price drop, I dropped it only because I do not care if I lose some money on it, I am in Colombia only for a short period of time and would like to sell it while I am here. Everyone that has seen it thinks I should be asking more for it. If you can show me a restaurante that you can buy in this location of Medellin for a lower price that sells as much food as my restaurante, then I'd like to know about it.

I will be there next week. I will collect more information from my manager and post it here. The restaurante sells a lot of food, its sells tipico colombia foods. Pork, chicken, steak dinners. Hamburges, hotdogs, empanadas, salads, soup, rice, potatoes, soda, cervezas, and much more. It is a small restuarante which makes most of its money from deliveries. Yes this is a great price to get a complete functioning restaurante with a large customer base built up already. Mranderson, when you sell a business you want to advertise it in as many places as possible, no? It is for sale in Medellin also, I just put it up for sale. However my spanish is not that good it is difficult for me to sell it there while I am in the USA. Although my manager can help me with this. The restaurant sells a lot of food. The employees are very busy always. My administrator/manager is going to another country soon and due to my current job position here in the USA, I am not able to spend as much time in Medellin as I would like to. In order to operate the restaurant properly so I have decided to sell it. I need to check with my administrator but I think the current rent is 750,000 pesos, like $325/mo. There are 5 employees paid minimal.

Lpdiver? The first sentence says: I am selling a restaurant. It does not include property because it is a rented space. It is a fully functioning business.

I am selling a functioning business. It is a restuarant. It sells a lot of food. I am selling it because my manager is moving out of the country and I do not plan on returning to Medellin in the future. The employees that work there run the business well are are very dedicated. This is a great opportunity for someone to pick up a fully operating restaurant at a great price.

buyslake comments on Girlfriend denied visa and was told she can not get any other type of visa!

Ok there is some remarks here but I really wonder if they will deny the fiancee visa? We should have tried for that first. Now I feel our chances for that are poor because of what he told her.

Hello, I own a restuarante in Medellin in El Centro, only 1 block from San Antonio metro station. My friend has been managing it for me but now she is now planning to leave to another country. I noticed you are buying apartments, maybe you could be interested in buying this restaurante? I have the price really low becuase I need to sell it soon. I'm looking at only 12,000 USD. It has 4-5 employees and sells a lot of food!
