apostille

I know this probably on here somewhere but was unable to find in search.

I'm sending money to my wife's family in Cali and was told that the bank will not release the funds to my mom-in-laws account until she presents an apostille. is this correct?? if so, who issues the apostille or is it just a notarized letter saying that the funds are from savings and not from anything illegal. also, does it need to be in spanish or can it just be in english.

My beautiful Colombian wife and I will be in NYC and will be taking train over to Jackson Heights to have some good Colombian Food and take a walk. roads from cali

will be in cali in couple of weeks. how is the safety of the roads from cali to buenaventura and from cali to coffee park right now? wife wants to go to Juanchaco y Ladrilleros for a few days of relaxation but want to make sure everything's good for an american with little spanish.

can anyone advise whether its worth spending 3 or 4 days on the beach?? will a gringo used to television enjoy a few days at the beach or is it a waste of time??

Looking for a Colombian Bank that has online banking so my wife and I can view an account from the usa. Sorry, i know this is a repeat but i can't find it when doing a site search. Can someone supply me with a link showing what countries Colombians can travel to without visas? Also, will there be any problems checking in at the airport or at immigration for my wife since her green card is in our married name but her Colombian passport only shows her maiden name??

K-1 timeline

After 5 months of back and forth travel...finally sent k1 package to Vermont Service Center to start process. I was very happy to see that I sent my package to them and it was recv'd on Jan 10 and I have already recv'd NOA2 with approval as of Jan 20th. Is this normal to receive NOA2 in such a short period??? From what i've read..most people seem to say that it takes at least 4 or 5 weeks to receive 2nd notification. Just wondering if i'm having good luck or i was just reading horror stories ...

I need to bring some coffee back for some junkies here in the states but i don't drink the stuff. They really want Colombian coffee but not sure which to bring them. I'm going to Cali from feb 20-27 and was interested in renting an apt or home for the week. Anyone have info on who i can contact for a weekly rental??? Is there anything to do or see in San Andres besides the beach and diving??? I'm going to spend week there with my fiance and will be staying at the Aquarium. Does anyone know what countries Colombians can travel to without the need for visas??? I want to take my fiance away for a week to either Caribbean, Central America, or another country in South America. Any suggestions would be appreciated. buying a home in cali

Does anyone have any info on what homes are costing in Cali? my fiance is from cali and we want to have a nice 2 or 3 bedroom place to stay when spending the summers visiting her family.
